Email Instructions
Due to the large amount of junk mail and concern about viruses, we have adopted the following policy. All email to/from the National ME/FM Action Network, the content contact, and webmaster must have the codeword "May 12" at the beginning of the Subject Line followed by your chosen subject title.   This codeword cannot be copied by ANY Trojan Horse virus, as it is not in the email address. Any email we receive WITHOUT the codeword MAY12 at the beginning of the SUBJECT line, will be deleted immediately.  In this way we can ensure that both you and we will avoid insidious viruses.
